Review by hotel critic
Alameda Palacete is truly a gem in the heart of Cáceres' old town. The location is unbeatable, with charming restaurants and attractions just steps away. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness added a personal touch to the experience. The shabby chic décor, while original and artsy, may not be to everyone's taste, but it certainly adds character to the place.Upon arrival, I was pleased to find the room impeccably clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The towels, although not the fluffiest, served their purpose well. One aspect that stood out was the lack of in-room breakfast or a restaurant on-site. However, this was easily remedied by exploring the bustling main square nearby. The availability of free Wi-Fi in rooms was a convenient addition for staying connected. In conclusion, if you appreciate quirky charm, comfortable lodgings, and value for money, Alameda Palacete is worth considering. The experience of staying in a heritage villa amidst a UNESCO medieval town is truly unparalleled.
